Kathy is the head coach for Rock Steady Boxing Fishhawk, a first-of-its-kind organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of people diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Patients at all levels of symptom progression are seeing improved motor function as a result of intense non-contact, boxing style exercise. Coach Kathy is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM. Kathy also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Psychology and a Master of Art in Special Education. Prior to becoming a personal trainer Kathy was a special education teacher for 20 years.
